Here's another tip, most people behave like bots by locking their crosshair onto the sniper and trying to strafe. A lot of classes can actually avoid a headshot by turning their back to the sniper the moment he shoots. For example pyro's backpack has a hitbox that blocks it's head. Demo can't be headshot from behind if he has an explosive weapon equipped. Scout keeps his head low, almost on his back level, so if you aim down his head disappears completely from this angle. Soldier can do this too, and block himself with his arms by aiming up.
